CDI - Floor Manager Lugano (W/M)

Hermès is seeking a Floor Manager to join their team in Lugano. They should be able to plan daily activities, provide feedback and coaching, and support the development of their team members. The company is looking for a candidate who can propose people development plans, identify training needs, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
