Work in Portugal: Video Content Analyst (Accomodation Support Available)!

Join a global social‑media project as a Video Content Analyst based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will help keep the platform safe by reviewing short‑form videos and other user‑generated material to ensure compliance with community and legal guidelines. Your daily tasks involve watching videos, images, text and audio, removing any content that breaches policy, moderating comments and posts, labeling and classifying material, and flagging recurring trends. You will also collaborate with policy and compliance teams when cases become complex, and you may handle user appeals. The role requires native‑level Italian (C1) and at least B2 English. You must demonstrate strong attention to detail, solid analytical and decision‑making abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Flexibility for rotating shifts and comfort with repetitive tasks are also essential. Experience in moderation or customer‑support is considered a plus. The position exposes you to sensitive material such as violence, adult content, hate speech and misinformation. You will work 40 hours per week on 8‑hour shifts with a 1‑hour lunch break, within an international, multicultural team in Lisbon.
