Coaching employees and implementing training measures for Lean tools in both manufacturing and administrative areas are also key responsibilities. To qualify for this role, candidates must have solid experience in Lean or similar operational roles and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline. Excellent communication skills in both English and German are essential. Practical experience with Lean deployment and tools, as well as conducting Kaizen Events and Lean workouts, is required.
