Futurae, a Swiss‑based developer of user‑centric authentication and fraud‑prevention technology for financial services and insurers, is expanding its Alliances & Partnerships team. The new position focuses on creating and scaling strategic collaborations throughout the financial‑services‑technology sector, with direct responsibility for a defined partner portfolio and revenue generation. In day‑to‑day work you will scout, assess and cultivate new partnership prospects that fit the company’s go‑to‑market and sales plans. You will draft and negotiate partnership contracts, guide partners through onboarding and enablement, and design repeatable programs such as training and joint marketing. Ongoing duties include monitoring partner performance against KPIs like pipeline, revenue and engagement, serving as the main liaison for assigned partners, and coordinating closely with internal sales, solution engineering, product and marketing groups to resolve issues and align objectives. The role requires a university degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline, with an MBA viewed favorably, and at least five years of experience managing partnerships or business development in a B2B SaaS environment. Candidates must have a proven ability to build, scale and oversee strategic alliances, and demonstrate strong analytical, financial modelling and commercial insight. Fluency in English and solid presentation skills are mandatory; additional language abilities in German, French or Italian are advantageous. Experience in identity‑and‑access‑management, cybersecurity or fintech, as well as executive‑level relationship management, is essential. Preferred attributes include prior work in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS scale‑up, an established network of European partners, and familiarity with system integrators, value‑added resellers, core‑banking vendors or cybersecurity consultancies. The position operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with time at the Zurich headquarters, and offers a yearly education budget, a company‑wide event, and co‑working days for remote colleagues.
