Manager Analytics & AI

Kanadevia Inova, a worldwide innovator in waste‑infrastructure, seeks a Manager Analytics & AI to help convert discarded material into valuable outputs such as energy, heat, hydrogen and fertilizer. The position sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and the company’s sustainability mission, turning technical insight into tangible business impact. In this role you will direct a group of data scientists, machine‑learning engineers and AI specialists, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement. You will craft the AI strategy by spotting high‑value use cases, setting the Analytics & AI roadmap and championing responsible AI across the enterprise. Daily work involves partnering with business and technology leaders to translate challenges into AI‑driven solutions, overseeing the creation, rollout and operation of scalable AI, ML and MLOps platforms, and providing hands‑on technical guidance, architectural oversight and expertise in AI, generative AI, large language models and related modern tools. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience in analytics, data science, machine learning or AI, with a history of building high‑performing teams. Deep knowledge of AI, ML and advanced analytics, including delivery of enterprise‑scale solutions and AI adoption programs, is required. Technical proficiency must include MLOps, model deployment, cloud services—preferably Azure—Python and cutting‑edge AI technologies such as LLMs, generative AI and AI agents. A business‑focused mindset, strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics or a related discipline are essential; experience in engineering, manufacturing, energy or similar industrial settings is a plus.
