Child Psychologist (PhD)

Gramian Gramian Consultancy is a boutique firm that provides IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. The company is looking for a PhD‑level Child Psychologist to join an AI training and evaluation project that studies how children learn, think, communicate and develop across diverse cultural and linguistic settings. In this role you will examine and tag datasets that relate to child development, judge the accuracy and relevance of AI‑generated material, and assess whether the content fits various cultural and language contexts. You will also supply expert feedback on scenarios covering children's learning, behavior, cognition, language and psychosocial growth, help design realistic test cases, spot developmental mismatches, and draft guidelines for AI systems that interact with child‑development topics. Findings and recommendations will be documented and shared with interdisciplinary teams. The position requires a completed doctorate in Developmental Psychology, Child Development or a closely related discipline, together with a strong academic or research record in child development. Candidates must be native speakers of one of the listed languages (e.g., Japanese, French, Tagalog, Malay, Lithuanian, Russian, Georgian, Polish, Marathi, Bengali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, Turkish, Gujarati or Bulgarian). Essential skills include critical evaluation of developmental‑psychology content, solid knowledge of cognitive, linguistic, social, emotional and psychosocial development, clear written communication of complex concepts, cultural awareness, and the ability to work independently in a remote, global environment while maintaining analytical precision and attention to detail.
