Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join a Dubai‑based property firm that supplies everything you need to start selling, buying and renting homes in the emirate. The company provides daily‑paid, uncapped commissions, all leads, a marketing suite, a CRM platform and fully funds the mandatory RERA licence. Their business model is commission‑only, so the income you generate comes directly from the deals you close. In practice you will meet potential clients, understand their housing requirements, present suitable properties, negotiate terms and finalise transactions. The firm supplies the leads and the marketing material, while you handle the client interactions, property viewings across the city and the paperwork that leads to a sale or rental agreement. The position requires you to be prepared to move to Dubai within a few months, or already be based there, and to have enough personal savings, about half a year's worth, to support yourself while you build a client base. A valid driving licence is essential for daily property tours. The employer also expects a strong personal drive and self‑discipline, as you will be running your own business under the company's umbrella. Although prior real‑estate experience is not needed, you must obtain a RERA licence, which the company will pay for and arrange. The role offers a supportive, family‑run environment with weekly and monthly incentives, quarterly events and on‑site managers. You will work from the office in The Greens, Dubai, with a two‑week training academy led by a UK‑certified trainer, followed by ongoing coaching. The compensation structure is tax‑free, with commissions ranging from 50 % to 70 % of the agency fee paid daily, and there is no upper limit to what you can earn as you develop your pipeline. What the role asks for: - Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1‑3 months or already present - Approximately six months of personal savings to cover living expenses - Valid driving licence for citywide property viewings - Strong hunger and self‑discipline to build your own business - Obtain a RERA licence (company funds training and exam)
