Senior Manager Methods, Axpo Group is looking for a leader to shape and advance its global procurement function. The role sits within the Center of Excellence, a group of specialists dedicated to modernising procurement through smarter methods, tools and data, and is based in Baden. On a daily basis you will take ownership of worldwide procurement processes such as strategic sourcing, contract management and category strategy. You will design and roll out enhancements to procurement methods and tools, steer the selection and continuous optimisation of procurement systems, create and keep standardised procedures across teams, monitor key performance indicators and turn insights into concrete improvements, and collaborate with IT on digital‑transformation and automation projects. The position requires solid experience in procurement operations, a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively, and an analytical, solution‑focused mindset for closing process gaps. Fluency in both English and German is essential. The team values open exchange, mutual support and diverse perspectives.
