Senior Product Manager, Platform

Nexthink, a leader in digital employee experience management software, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Platform group. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining and evolving platform capabilities to make the product faster to build on, easier to scale, and ready for AI-powered experiences. This includes partnering with engineering and feature teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can simplify configuration, setup, and ongoing management for IT teams. The role also involves driving collaboration across teams to design reusable, high-impact components and translating complexity into clear platform outcomes and technical abstractions. To excel in this role, candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms. A solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure ambiguous problems and define scalable solutions are also required. Additionally, candidates must have professional-level English skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams.
