The daily work involves fielding calls, emails and chats from German‑speaking travelers, guiding them through accommodation options, pricing and Booking.com policies. The agent will process new bookings, adjust existing reservations, handle cancellations and special requests, and address any issues that arise, all while keeping precise records in the company’s reservation system and cooperating with colleagues to meet service‑quality targets. Applicants must be fluent in German both spoken and written; English skills are considered a plus. Prior experience in reservations, customer service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused mindset. Familiarity with online booking platforms or CRM tools is advantageous, as is the capacity to work under pressure, act proactively, and function both independently and as part of a team.
