Appway / FNZ Studio Support & Development Specialist

We are looking for an Appway / FNZ Studio Support & Development Specialist to join a dedicated team that manages Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. The company focuses on delivering stable onboarding, KYC review and remediation workflows, and continuously evolves its platform to meet banking‑industry standards. In this position you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, investigate incidents and coordinate fixes with vendors or technical partners. You will keep an eye on workflow performance and system health via logs, dashboards and alerts, perform root‑cause analyses and apply corrective actions. Release management across several environments, including validation, smoke testing and roll‑backs, as well as maintaining runbooks and user guides, are also part of the daily routine. Small‑scale enhancements to business rules, UI, integrations and data mappings will be designed and implemented, while contributing to automation through CI/CD pipelines and code reviews in an Agile setting. The role requires solid experience and technical knowledge. Candidates need at least five years of hands‑on work with Appway / FNZ Studio, extensive L2/L3 support exposure in a banking context, and strong skills in REST and SOAP APIs together with JSON and XML data formats. Proven ability to monitor production applications, analyse logs and manage alerts is essential, as is familiarity with version‑control systems, CI/CD practices and multi‑environment deployments. A deep understanding of CLM and KYC operations, plus awareness of AML/KYC regulatory requirements, rounds out the core qualifications. The position is based in Switzerland and mandates Swiss residency. Fluency in English is required, while French language skills are considered a plus. The role offers the chance to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders, supporting key users and driving ongoing service improvements within a collaborative Agile team.
