Strong technical skills in managing and supporting PLM platforms, including system ownership, configuration, integrations, and upgrades, are essential. Candidates must also have a solid understanding of regulated product development environments, including design controls, change management, and data traceability. Proficiency in English is required, and up to 10-20% international travel may be necessary. Nice-to-have skills include experience supporting medical device, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries, knowledge of integrations between PLM and ERP, QMS, CAD, and manufacturing systems, and experience leading digital transformation or modernization initiatives within R&D technology. Familiarity with cloud-based PLM architectures and enterprise data governance practices, as well as change management experience supporting global platform adoption and process standardization, are also beneficial. The role is based in multiple locations, including Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Warsaw, IN, New Brunswick, NJ, and Zuchwil, Switzerland, with a hybrid work arrangement.
