Citrix Flex Principal Sales Specialist

Cloud Software Group, one of the world's largest cloud‑solution providers, is seeking a Citrix Flex Principal Sales Specialist. In this role you will act as the primary subject‑matter expert for Citrix Cloud SaaS offerings, partnering with core account teams to drive the full sales cycle and help customers adopt the Flex portfolio. Your day‑to‑day work will involve spotting and qualifying new Flex opportunities, delivering tailored solution presentations and demos, and shaping deal strategy with pricing guidance and persona scenarios. You will collaborate with account managers to build territory and account plans, engage senior customer executives and technical stakeholders, and coordinate with global system integrators and Flex technology specialists to ensure successful solution design and competitive positioning. The position requires at least twelve years of experience in technology or solution sales, preferably in an overlay or specialist capacity. You must possess a solid grasp of the relevant technology domains, including cloud, networking, DaaS, SaaS, data platforms and PaaS, and a proven record of influencing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work effectively within a matrixed organization. Experience selling into enterprise accounts and prior work with Citrix solution selling or channel‑partner ecosystems are valued but not mandatory.
