Senior Manager – Wealth Management / Asset Management

Join PwC's Financial Services Strategy & Transformation practice in Zurich as a Senior Manager, where you will advise leading wealth managers, asset managers, private banks, family offices and other financial‑services institutions on their strategic and transformation priorities. The role sits within a global consulting firm that combines deep industry knowledge with cutting‑edge technology to help clients reshape their operating models, product offerings and organisational structures. On a daily basis you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, designing and delivering end‑to‑end transformation programmes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through complex initiatives such as operating‑model redesign, post‑merger integration, platform selection and implementation, and data‑model definition. Collaboration across PwC's broader consulting network will be essential to bring the firm's full suite of capabilities to each engagement, while you also contribute to business‑development activities, proposal writing and thought‑leadership creation. The position requires a master's‑level university degree in finance, economics, business administration, information technology or a related discipline, together with at least eight years of experience in wealth management, asset management, private banking, asset servicing or a comparable financial‑services environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, and you must be prepared to travel both within Switzerland and internationally as project demands dictate. A solid grasp of the full wealth and asset‑management value chain and a proven record of leading large‑scale strategic transformations are also essential. In addition to the core requirements, the team values strong interest in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and the ability to apply these tools to client challenges. German language skills are considered a strong advantage, while proficiency in French is welcomed.
