Ensuring compliance with GMP standards and maintaining accurate records within the CLARA system are also key responsibilities. To qualify, candidates must have a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Biotechnology, or a related area. Experience in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain disciplines, particularly within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, is essential. Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems is also required. The ability to work effectively in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile environments is crucial. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations independently are necessary. A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement is also important. Nice-to-have skills include training in Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies. Certification in APICS or SCOR is an advantage. The role is based in a location where candidates must have the right to work or hold an EU passport.
