Global Solutions Hub Intern

The Global Solutions Hub Intern will join the United Nations Development Programme, supporting the inter‑agency hub that assists field teams with strategies for people displaced within their own countries. The hub serves as a central point of contact for UN Resident Coordinators and country teams, helping them apply the Secretary‑General’s Action Agenda and related guidance on displacement solutions. Working directly with the hub coordinator, the intern will help keep daily operations running smoothly. Tasks include arranging meetings, webinars and regional consultations, handling invitations, technical set‑up and drafting concise minutes. Administrative duties cover managing the coordinator’s calendar, routine correspondence and travel arrangements, as well as basic budgeting and procurement support. The role also involves updating the hub’s website and SharePoint, organizing files, formatting draft publications, and preparing background briefs for global platforms. Research duties consist of desk‑based literature reviews, gathering data on displacement trends and assisting with country‑specific requests from Resident Coordinator offices. Applicants
