Brand Portfolio Manager - EMEA

Sazerac Company, a long‑standing independent family business with nearly four centuries of history, creates and sells a portfolio of celebrated spirits such as Buffalo Trace, Pappy Van Winkle, Fireball, Svedka and many others. The Brand Portfolio Manager – EMEA will be tasked with making selected labels – notably Fireball, Buffalo Trace, BuzzBallz, Southern Comfort and Paddy – resonate with consumers across Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. In this position you will translate worldwide brand concepts into market‑specific actions, overseeing campaigns from initial idea through flawless shelf presence. Responsibilities include shaping activation plans, setting budgets, defining channel and pricing approaches, and working hand‑in‑hand with distributors, sales teams and the broader marketing function to ensure initiatives are delivered on time. You will also adapt global toolkits for local use, coordinate agency output for creative, packaging and media, track performance against targets, and guide new‑product introductions through cross‑functional processes while keeping project timelines and resources clearly organized. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or comparable experience, solid background in brand marketing, activation or category management, and a track record of driving growth through executed plans. Candidates must be comfortable juggling several duties in a rapid environment, possess budgeting and financial analysis skills, and be proficient with digital tools and data‑driven platforms. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and proven project‑leadership capabilities are essential, as is a willingness to travel for market work.
