Global Procurement Manager Industrial Lifecycle

The Global Procurement Manager Industrial Lifecycle role at AB InBev focuses on shaping the company’s worldwide sourcing plan for maintenance‑related goods and services, such as industrial spare parts, repairs, overhauls and inventory control. AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer, produces more than 500 brands—including Stella Artois, Corona and Bud—through a network of 28 European breweries and a workforce of 155 000 people. In this position you will design and roll out sourcing strategies for MRO and lifecycle categories, work with business leaders to pinpoint spend opportunities, and drive cost reductions and working‑capital gains. Core duties include managing RFQ cycles, assessing supplier bids, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the execution of sourcing projects across regions. You will also coordinate with technical, maintenance and procurement teams to set maintenance approaches, conduct supplier reviews, and champion continuous improvement. A significant part of the job involves advancing spare‑parts data management, building analytics capabilities, and supporting digital inventory tools such as Verusen and Total Asset Management, while ensuring high‑quality data in SAP and related systems. The role sits within a collaborative, candid culture that values ambition and mindset. Opportunities exist throughout Europe, with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, the UK, Ireland and Spain. AB InBev emphasizes rapid personal growth, offering a dynamic environment where individuals can expand their expertise, influence global operations and leave a lasting legacy in the brewing industry.
