The main responsibilities of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal, EMEA, involve partnering with EMEA Sales and Sales Engineering leaders to shape and execute the region's growth strategy. This includes prioritizing segments and accounts, developing repeatable vertical and horizontal plays, and leading critical customer and alliance initiatives. The role requires operating at three levels: strategic, organizational, and commercial. Key tasks include owning the pipeline and financial performance, defining the EMEA value proposition, architecting and executing joint go-to-market plans, orchestrating strategic alliances, enabling the partner ecosystem, and driving joint demand generation and thought leadership. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a proven track record in strategic business development or alliance management within the technology sector, with a deep understanding of the specific regulatory, data, and compliance needs of the EMEA Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. Technical fluency in data and AI platforms, as well as the ability to influence across various teams without relying on formal authority, is essential. Strong cross-functional influence and execution skills, along with outstanding business acumen and communication skills, are required. The role is based in a key EMEA market with a hybrid/field-based model, requiring 25–40% travel across the region.
