Global Manex FFP Change Delivery Lead (f/m/d)

The Global Manex FFP Change Delivery Lead will join Syngenta Crop Protection, a worldwide leader that develops cutting‑edge crop‑protection solutions to secure food supplies while advancing sustainable farming. Based in Switzerland, the company blends scientific research with digital tools to help growers increase yields and reduce environmental impact. In this position you will steer the rollout of the Manufacturing Excellence programme across the Formulation, Filling & Packing (FF&P) network. Daily work involves applying the Syngenta Production System, shaping site‑specific roadmaps, and collaborating with plant leaders to raise availability, capacity, reliability and cost efficiency. You will guide a dispersed team, champion a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure consistent use of SPS tools, capacity planning and resource allocation. Interaction with customers and internal stakeholders will be essential to deliver reliable, cost‑effective outcomes and measurable operational gains. The role requires a solid background in a scientific or engineering discipline, with at least five years of hands‑on manufacturing experience. A bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or Chemical Sciences (or an equivalent five‑year technical qualification) is mandatory. Candidates must have proven project and programme leadership, expertise in change and operations management, and a history of building manufacturing capability. Strong analytical skills for handling complex data, clear communication, and the ability to earn trust across all organisational levels are essential. Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to half of the time are also required. A plus would be proficiency in another language and familiarity with Lean leadership principles.
