Internship – Software engineer - Cash Management Tool Redevelopment

Lombard Odier, a leading financial institution, is seeking a software engineering intern to work on the redevelopment of their cash management tool. The intern will collaborate closely with product, UX, and front-office teams to analyze needs, code new features in Java/Kotlin, and conduct automated testing. The intern's main responsibilities will include redesigning and implementing the cash management platform, coding new functionalities, and performing automated tests. This role involves working with both back-end (Java, Spring Boot) and front-end (React or Angular) technologies, as well as managing relational databases (SQL) and adhering to DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Docker). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in back-end and front-end development, experience with relational databases, and familiarity with DevOps practices. Previous experience in finance or payment systems, either through an internship or university project, is required. The ability to work effectively in an agile team environment is also essential.
