Taurus, a FINMA-regulated securities firm based in Geneva, Switzerland, is a leading European provider of digital asset infrastructure solutions. The company specializes in blockchain technology, covering cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, digital currencies, and stablecoins. Taurus is seeking a Project Manager to join their Project & Organization team, focusing on high-impact projects that drive the company's growth. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery projects for clients, including financial institutions, issuers, and market makers. This involves designing operating models, setting up custody and tokenization platforms, and managing technical implementations. Additionally, the role includes delivering cross-functional projects sponsored by the Executive Committee, working across various departments such as Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Sales. The manager will also produce high-quality blockchain forensics and due diligence reports, and contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs and ad-hoc commercial or operational priorities. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or in project management within a financial services or fintech environment. A solid understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and the broader digital asset ecosystem is essential. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver with a high level of attention to detail. They should be precise, organized, autonomous, open-minded, hands-on, and results-oriented. Nice-to-have skills include additional languages beyond French and English.
