As a Senior Specialist, Regenerative Agriculture you will join Nestlé Research, the science‑driven arm of the world's leading food and beverage company. Based in Vers‑chez‑les‑Blanc, Switzerland, the permanent role works on a hybrid schedule and focuses on advancing regenerative practices for coffee and cocoa value chains, helping the business meet its sustainability and climate objectives. In this position you will set scientific priorities, steer a portfolio of research projects and turn those findings into practical, field‑ready solutions. You will coordinate trials, manage budgets and ensure rigorous governance while fostering collaborations with internal researchers, agronomists, operations teams, market units and external partners. Communicating clear insights and recommendations to influence decisions and accelerate impact will be a core part of your daily work. The role requires a solid research background in agronomy, ideally a PhD or equivalent experience, with a focus on sustainable coffee and cocoa production. You must be able to translate scientific results into actionable solutions and manage research projects from concept through delivery. Effective collaboration across research, business, operations and external networks is essential, as is fluent communication in English and Spanish, with working proficiency in French.
