Analyst, Marketing Analytics and Strategy (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)

Agoda, a global travel platform within Booking Holdings, connects millions of travelers to hotels, flights and experiences worldwide. The Performance Marketing Team, known for its data‑driven approach, builds large‑scale campaigns that boost customer lifetime value. As an Analyst in Marketing Analytics and Strategy, you will join this international group of analysts, strategists and data scientists, working from the Bangkok office with relocation assistance. Your daily work will involve experimenting with text‑based ads and bidding strategies across search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver, then rolling out successful changes. You will also test, evaluate and refine display campaigns on social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. In addition, you will analyse experiment data, create optimisation models and develop dashboards that support account managers. To succeed, you need a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, mathematics, engineering or a science field, earned from a top university. You must be fluent in English, possess strong numerical reasoning, be proficient with Excel and demonstrate a genuine intellectual curiosity about data and marketing. Experience with any of the following tools—SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL—is advantageous, as is a background in digital marketing or academic research.
