The role also involves delivering warm, natural customer service, maintaining high presentation standards, and keeping stations clean and organized. Additionally, the role supports with inventory checks, stock control, and daily restocking, as well as monitoring product levels and communicating shortages. The role also involves following all food safety, hygiene, and operational standards, and working closely with the team to keep operations smooth and efficient. The must-have requirements include being fast, structured, and calm under pressure. The role requires being naturally friendly and confident with guests, always maintaining a smile and positive attitude. The role also requires caring about details and cleanliness, and being comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Previous hospitality or food service experience is a plus, as is experience preparing smoothies or açaí.
