Founder's Associate

The Founder's Associate position at bjakcareer, a Zurich‑based startup, places you alongside the founding team to help steer the company’s expansion, shape strategic projects and manage everyday operational tasks. In this role you will spend your days examining market data, spotting growth opportunities and working with various internal groups to launch new initiatives. Your analytical work will feed directly into the company’s strategic direction, while you coordinate the execution of cross‑functional projects. The role requires two to three years of experience in a comparable capacity, strong problem‑solving abilities and fluency in English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
