The Senior M365 Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Microsoft-365 platform, ensuring its stability, security, and performance. This role involves implementing and advancing key services such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID. The engineer will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to execute architecture and rollout plans. Additionally, the role includes automating operational, deployment, and governance processes using PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code. The engineer will also handle migrations and integrations between Microsoft 365, Azure, and other systems, and contribute expertise to projects while supporting complex issues in 2nd- and 3rd-level support. Candidates must have extensive experience in managing and developing Microsoft-365 platforms in enterprise settings. Proficiency in Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, and Entra ID is essential. Strong PowerShell skills and experience in automating operational processes are required. Knowledge in security, compliance, conditional access, and identity management is also crucial. Familiarity with Azure and Infrastructure as Code is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be analytical, communicative, and proactive, with a passion for driving change. Excellent German and good English language skills are necessary.
