JTI is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to work remotely from Greece, providing support on behalf of the company. The position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, and offers the chance to join an international team while enjoying life in a Mediterranean setting. The daily work involves handling customer inquiries through telephone calls, email messages and live online chats, ensuring each interaction is professional, courteous and efficient. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality service experience to JTI’s clientele. Candidates must demonstrate native‑level Dutch (C1/C2) in both written and spoken form, as well as a strong command of English. Applicants need to list their native language and nationality on their CV or cover letter, hold a valid EU passport, and either already reside in Greece or be prepared to relocate, with a relocation package available for those moving from abroad. The offer includes a competitive monthly salary, a performance‑based bonus, and two additional salaries each year. Relocation expenses such as flight, airport transfer and initial hotel stay are fully covered, and private health insurance is provided. Support is also given to find permanent accommodation. Working from Greece combines a lower cost of living with cultural attractions, a pleasant climate and the opportunity to develop professionally within a diverse, European‑wide workplace.
