Composite Laminator

The Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. As a Composite Laminator, you will be part of the team based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland. The team is responsible for engineering and managing race operations, and you will play a key role in the manufacture of fibre composite parts for the F1 vehicles. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve productively participating in the manufacture of these parts, working according to design plans and quality specifications. You will be part of a team that builds, bonds together, and prepares components for use on the race track. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team making motorsport history. To be considered for this role, you will need a completed basic technical education and at least 3 years of practical experience, preferably in a F1 Team or F1 Supplier. You should also have tact and diplomacy, a good feeling for the job, and a conscientious, efficient, and independent working style. Proficiency in German and English language skills is also required. In addition to these essential requirements, it would be beneficial if you have a good capacity to think in three dimensions, are flexible in terms of working hours, and are industrious, resilient, and a team player.
