Intern Analyst

The role of Intern Analyst at Holcim involves contributing to the company's net-zero transformation through Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) initiatives. The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining financial models for large-scale CCUS projects, conducting market analysis and regulatory evaluations, and assisting in deal and financing support. The intern will also draft high-impact materials for senior management and public industry engagements, ensuring that complex financial and technical data is translated into clear insights. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Additionally, 1–2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Infrastructure/Project Finance, or Corporate Development is required. Strong quantitative modeling skills, structured problem-solving capabilities, and exceptional English communication skills are essential. The role also requires a proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments. Nice-to-have skills include a comfort with international travel, as the role requires 10% of international travel worldwide.
