Each day the senior specialist will collaborate with Digital, Brand and Product teams to produce conversion‑focused copy for product detail pages, email marketing, CRM messages and the membership programme. The work involves turning high‑level strategies and creative briefs into engaging, line‑by‑line text that guides the consumer journey, while also acting as a guardian of the brand’s quality and tone. Close partnership with product managers, e‑commerce, marketing and brand management is required to keep messaging consistent, and the copywriter will continuously refine formats and guidelines through testing and learning. The position demands at least seven years of digital copywriting experience in the sports‑wear, premium or luxury fashion sectors, with a proven track record of writing for email, landing pages, push notifications, PDPs and member communications. A deep grasp of user experience and the digital customer journey is essential, as is a strong creative perspective that can set standards and challenge assumptions.
