Client Services Project Support Associate

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Client Services Project Support Associate to join its Global Client Services team, where the focus is on advancing clinical research and delivering solutions that help make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. The role sits within the Project Management group and supports the lifecycle of clinical‑trial projects, ensuring that study documentation, supply‑chain coordination and service delivery meet the company’s high quality standards. On a daily basis the associate will help set up and maintain filing systems for studies, keep accurate records in line with quality management procedures, and work alongside the Project Manager to align Fisher Clinical activities with client and study requirements. Responsibilities include using project‑planning tools to track milestones, creating operational documentation such as GMP records, building bills of materials, coordinating label content and translations, and assembling batch documentation for manufacturing. The position also involves applying GXP principles, generating reports, and flagging any project challenges for resolution. The minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree—preferably in healthcare, supply‑chain management, life sciences or a related discipline—and fluency in English. Candidates must demonstrate a solid grasp of GMP/GxP and quality systems, proven project‑management abilities, and the capacity to juggle several projects at once. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project, strong analytical and problem‑solving talent, and excellent written and verbal communication are required. Attention to detail, independent work habits, and the ability to collaborate across functions are also essential; additional language skills are considered a plus.
