Sales Enablement Manager – Quantum Networking & Security

IonQ, a publicly traded company recognized for its quantum computing platform, delivers integrated solutions that span computing, networking, sensing and security. The firm’s newest hardware, the IonQ Tempo, powers customers in fields such as drug discovery, materials science, finance, logistics, cybersecurity and defense. This opening is for a Sales Enablement Lead focused on the Quantum Networking & Security portfolio, based in Geneva with the possibility to work remotely two days each week and up to ten percent travel. In this position you will act as the conduit between product‑marketing strategy and the field sales organization. Your daily work will involve preparing sellers for new networking and security launches by providing training, tools, messaging and support. You will create and keep up‑to‑date playbooks, messaging frameworks and other enablement assets that translate technical concepts into clear, sales‑ready narratives. Designing onboarding and ongoing training programs, championing value‑based selling, and measuring the adoption and impact of content are also core duties. Close collaboration with product, product‑marketing and solutions teams ensures technical accuracy, while feedback from the field helps you identify gaps in positioning or readiness. The role requires three to five years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, solutions engineering or similar technical go‑to‑market functions, as well as familiarity with complex technology environments. Candidates must be able to simplify technical ideas for varied audiences, have a proven record of building usable enablement resources, and possess strong collaborative and communication abilities across cross‑functional groups.
