Operations Manager/Site Lead

As an Operations Manager/Site Lead, the primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations at the Zurich site to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves optimizing operational processes, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Operations Manager will also coordinate logistics, manage the fleet of robots, and support testing and release validation processes. Additionally, the role requires collecting and analyzing operational data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decisions. To excel in this role, candidates must have experience as an Operations Manager in the logistics field or autonomous vehicles/fleet management, with a focus on last-mile delivery being a bonus. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with working proficiency in English. Knowledge of basic German or further advanced is also beneficial. Experience with operations and autonomous vehicles, specifically in last-mile deliveries, is highly valued. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of Ticketing/Fleet Management/ERP Systems.
