Senior UX/UI Designer

This position is crucial for establishing a unified design culture and ensuring that all products are user-friendly and efficient. The main responsibilities include product ideation and wireframing, end-to-end interface design, creating and maintaining a design system, and conducting usability tests. The designer will work closely with product managers and engineers to navigate technical constraints and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into practical design solutions. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of product design experience, including senior or lead-level ownership of a product's UX/UI. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from early-stage UX exploration to final, developer-ready UI, is essential. Experience in building a design system from scratch and conducting usability tests is also required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are crucial, as this is the first dedicated design hire. Nice-to-have skills include experience in a B2B, SaaS, or hardware-adjacent software context.
