MBA Summer Internship Program – EMEA

The MBA Summer Internship, EMEA places first‑year MBA students on high‑impact, business‑critical projects selected by senior leadership. Interns receive a dedicated orientation, then own a strategic initiative in areas such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development or Procurement. Throughout the ten‑week program they work closely with a buddy, receive regular coaching from a project leader, attend leadership lunch‑and‑learns and other networking events, and finish by presenting their findings and recommendations to the department head and Brand President. The programme looks for candidates who are currently enrolled in an MBA program and will graduate between December 2027 and July 2028. Applicants must bring 4–7 years of relevant experience in consulting, banking, consumer‑packaged‑goods, retail or hospitality, and have prior people‑management experience, meaning they have led at least one direct report or a team/project. The role requires strong analytical abilities paired with a structured approach to problem solving, excellent communication and natural leadership skills, a genuine passion for growth, ownership and the QSR industry, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
