Product Engineer (m/f/d)*

As a Product Engineer you will act as the innovator and product specialist, bringing injection‑moulding expertise to the development of polymer, glass or rubber primary and secondary packaging. Your day‑to‑day tasks involve conceiving new products and technologies, protecting their intellectual property, and spotting risks in critical packaging functions. You will interpret regulatory demands, handle technical customer service, and compile detailed summary reports. You also manage complex roadmaps and customer‑specific projects from concept through market launch, organise technical work packages together with senior colleagues, and support feasibility studies and change initiatives. International travel of up to 20 % is expected. To succeed you need a university degree in Engineering or Life Science. Relevant product‑development experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging is required, at least one year for MSc/PhD holders or three years for Bachelor graduates. You must be fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, and possess solid knowledge of glass, rubber or polymer products, design‑control processes and GMP compliance. Strong analytical, planning and multitasking abilities, as well as creativity for generating intellectual property, are also essential.
