Infrastructure Technician

The Audi Revolut F1® Team is the official factory squad that will launch Audi’s entry into the FIA Formula 1 World Championship in 2026. Engineering and race operations are split across Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, with this position located at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland, supporting the team’s trackside infrastructure. In this role you will be part of the Trackside Infrastructure department, handling the upkeep, servicing and logistical flow of equipment at the circuit. You will help bring new hardware and infrastructure into operation, construct and assemble pit‑side installations, and perform upgrades on existing systems to keep the garage running smoothly. The job requires two to five years of experience as an infrastructure technician in motorsport, with Formula 1 exposure considered a plus. You must hold electrical qualifications or possess solid knowledge of electrical installations, and be comfortable with hands‑on tasks such as loading freight and travelling to race events when needed. Fluency in English is essential, together with a proactive attitude, flexibility, resilience under pressure, strong problem‑solving and fabrication abilities, meticulous work habits, and clear communication skills that enable effective teamwork both on‑site and away. Additional advantages include familiarity with design software such as CAD, CATIA or SolidWorks. Working in Hinwil places you at the heart of a high‑performance motorsport environment, offering the chance to contribute to a historic project while being part of an equal‑opportunity employer that values a “zero‑mistake” culture.
