The firm specialises in buying, selling and renting residential and off‑plan properties, and it backs its agents with a fully funded RERA licence, daily‑paid commissions and a steady flow of qualified leads from the market‑leading Property Finder platform. Your everyday work will revolve around matching clients with suitable properties, guiding them through the entire transaction cycle and closing deals. You will rely on company‑provided leads, marketing assets and an AI‑enhanced CRM to manage prospects, schedule viewings across the city and maintain a professional client relationship from first contact to contract sign‑off. The ideal candidate must be prepared to move to Dubai within the next one to three months, or already reside there, and have enough personal savings to cover roughly six months of living expenses while building a client pipeline. A valid driving licence is essential, as daily property viewings cover the whole metropolitan area. The role also demands a strong personal drive, disciplined work ethic and the ability to converse confidently with diverse customers. No previous experience in real‑estate is required; the company's two‑week academy, led by a UK‑certified trainer, brings everyone up to speed from zero. Beyond the core requirements, the position offers an uncapped commission structure of 50‑70 % per transaction, paid out each day, and an average of eight fresh leads per agent every day.
