After-Sales Service Assistant

Chanel, the iconic luxury house known for its ready‑to‑wear, accessories, fragrance and beauty lines, is opening a new boutique in Zurich that includes a dedicated after‑sales space for alterations, care and repairs. The brand seeks an After‑Sales Service Assistant for a four‑ to six‑month internship beginning in July or September 2026, working within this specialised area to support the client experience and the House’s commitment to longevity of its creations. In this role you will greet and guide clients through every step of the after‑sales journey, ensuring interactions align with Chanel’s service philosophy. You will log repair requests in internal software, track their progress and keep status updates current. Daily tasks also involve liaising with global, local and external workshops, arranging shipments and deliveries, and managing orders for tools, equipment and spare parts to maintain inventory. You will contribute ideas to streamline the workspace, act as an ambassador for the Chanel & moi initiative, and join regular morning briefings with the sales team. The position requires you to be enrolled in a Business, Management or related degree programme. Fluency in both English and German and solid skills with standard computer applications are essential. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities, meticulous organisational habits, attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused attitude are also mandatory. Prior experience in luxury, hospitality or retail environments is considered advantageous. The internship must be integrated into your academic curriculum, count toward your degree requirements and be eligible for credit validation. Working in Zurich’s new boutique, you will be part of a team of experts, artisans and seamstresses, gaining exposure to Chanel’s high‑end service standards while developing professional skills in a globally recognised luxury environment.
