School Counsellor (Short -Term cover 80%)

The role is for a School Counsellor at Collège Beau Soleil, part of Nord Anglia Education. The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing confidential individual counselling and wellbeing support to students. They will work closely with pastoral, boarding, and academic teams to ensure students receive timely support. Additionally, the counsellor will contribute to safeguarding procedures, liaise with parents and external professionals, maintain confidential records, and handle urgent or sensitive situations. The must-have requirements include a Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field, and professional training in counselling or psychotherapy. Fluent English is essential, and experience of 3–5 years working with children or adolescents is required. The role is an 80% position, starting immediately and initially running until the end of November 2026, with the possibility of extension. Nice-to-have skills include experience in an international or boarding school environment, and experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
