Kitchen Production Supervisor

The Kitchen Production Supervisor role places you at the heart of a bustling hotel kitchen in Greece, where you will run a station for a seasonal operation. The position includes organized accommodation, meals and all necessary EU paperwork, allowing you to focus entirely on the work without worrying about housing or food costs. Each day you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the hotel’s specifications, covering both buffet and à la carte service. You will work closely with fellow kitchen staff to keep the production line flowing smoothly, oversee hygiene and food‑safety standards, and assist with prep, plating and timing to ensure consistent, high‑quality output even during intense service periods. The job requires solid experience in a professional kitchen, a clear understanding of food‑preparation processes, kitchen hierarchy, service pressure and hygiene regulations, and the ability to communicate in English. You must be clean, organized, reliable and capable of operating your station independently; this is not an entry‑level position. The season runs full‑time, typically five to six days a week, with lodging provided near the hotel and meals included. Working in a holiday‑destined setting offers sunsets, warm evenings and a multicultural team, while delivering valuable international hotel kitchen experience, faster service precision and professional growth under pressure. If you are ready to relocate to Greece and take charge of a kitchen station, this opportunity awaits.
