Post-Production Lead

The Post-Production Lead will oversee a team of Audio Engineers and be responsible for creating, refining, and iterating on custom voices for ElevenLabs' customers. This role involves cleaning, editing, and preparing customer audio to ensure high-quality cloning and generation. The lead will also provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs' tools and best practices, and will join customer calls to support creative direction and act as a fractional audio engineer. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields. Proficiency with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton is essential. Strong intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuances is also required. Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders is necessary, as is the ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions. Nice-to-have skills include a deep understanding of ElevenLabs' tools and platforms, as well as a proactive approach to professional development. The role is remote and can be executed globally, with the option to work from ElevenLabs' offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.
