Senior Project Manager - Principal Delivery (m/f/d)

As a Senior Project Manager in the Principal Delivery team you will move beyond advisory work to own the full delivery of construction and fit‑out projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and generate commercial value. In this role you will steer projects from the initial concept right through to handover. You will be responsible for coordinating design, procurement and construction activities within an integrated delivery model, monitoring programme schedules, costs, quality and risk. Acting as the main liaison for the client, you will keep communication clear and aligned throughout the lifecycle. You will also oversee contractor and supplier performance, support procurement strategies, identify and mitigate risks early, and contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of delivery processes. The position requires solid experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial office fit‑out or similar environments, and a thorough grasp of the entire project lifecycle. Candidates must demonstrate commercial awareness, including budget handling and cost control, and have a track record of managing contractors and supply‑chain relationships. Strong risk‑management capabilities, decisive action in fast‑paced settings, and excellent stakeholder communication are essential. A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused mindset is expected, together with a university degree in construction, project management or a related discipline. Fluency in both French and English, covering speaking, reading and writing, is mandatory. While a professional accreditation such as RICS or APM is not compulsory, it is regarded as a valuable addition.
