Therapy Development Marketing Manager, THV

Edwards Lifesciences, a global leader in structural‑heart innovation, is hiring a Therapy Development Marketing Manager for its transcatheter heart valve (THV) portfolio. The position is dedicated to moving the diagnosis and referral of patients with aortic stenosis forward across Europe, aligning with the company’s purpose of delivering life‑changing solutions to millions of patients worldwide. In this role you will design and execute the European Therapy Development strategy for referrer engagement, steering the CATALYST program and related referral‑pathway initiatives. You will partner with country marketing and commercial field teams to uncover referral barriers, map local ecosystems and turn those insights into actionable HCP engagement plans. Daily activities include crafting educational sessions, referral events, peer‑to‑peer exchanges and digital programmes; building account‑activation approaches that highlight priority stakeholders and bottlenecks; and collaborating with Medical Affairs and Professional Education to create faculty‑led education content. You will also act as the central coordination hub across a matrixed organization, supporting local markets in planning and delivering CATALYST activities, tracking success metrics with the associate marketing manager, and consolidating best‑practice learnings for continuous improvement. Project and budget ownership, as well as alignment with annual strategic priorities, are integral parts of the job. The employer requires a university degree in Life Sciences, Medicine or a closely related discipline, together with substantial experience in therapy development, healthcare‑professional engagement, strategic marketing or a comparable role within the life‑sciences sector. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Additional European languages such as French, German or Italian are viewed as advantageous. Preferred attributes include the ability to define strategy and lead complex referrer‑engagement programmes across multiple countries, a deep understanding of patient pathways, referral behaviour and the cardiovascular‑disease ecosystem—particularly aortic stenosis, TAVI or structural‑heart disease. Experience in designing HCP engagement strategies, educational programmes, marketing campaigns or field‑enablement tools in partnership with commercial teams is valued. Strong communication and presentation skills, proven influence without formal authority, and solid analytical and project‑management capabilities are also sought. Familiarity with digital engagement tools, CRM‑based campaigns, dashboards and performance reporting will help you succeed in this highly collaborative, international environment.
