The position is for a Real Estate Agent with a Dubai‑based property firm that connects buyers, sellers and renters to the city's market. The company supplies all the tools you need, leads from the top Property Finder generator, a dedicated CRM, marketing material and a funded RERA licence, while you bring the drive and the hours to turn those leads into closed transactions. On a daily basis you will meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and guide them through viewings across Dubai. You will build trust, present market options, negotiate terms and finalise sales or rental agreements. The role relies on the company's AI‑enhanced CRM and the continuous coaching provided after the initial two‑week broker academy. To be considered you must be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already be based there) and have roughly six months of personal savings to support yourself while you develop a client pipeline. A valid driving licence is essential because viewings are conducted throughout the city. The employer looks for candidates who are hungry, disciplined and ready to treat the job as their own business, and no prior property experience is required as the training starts from scratch. The offer is purely commission‑based, with 50 %, 70 % of each deal paid out daily and no salary ceiling. The firm funds the RERA licence, arranges an employment visa and private health insurance, and provides a two‑week training programme led by a UK‑certified trainer followed by ongoing mentorship. The office is located in Onyx Tower 2, Office P305, The Greens, Dubai, and the environment is a family‑run business that hosts regular incentives, quarterly events and has managers present on the floor.
