Swiss CryptoTax GmbH, a leading company in the field of tax consulting, trust services, and business consulting, specializes in the crypto sector. The company is seeking a strategic partner to expand its accounting and trust services with a focus on crypto. The main responsibilities include leading and developing the trust and accounting department, focusing on crypto mandates. This involves managing client relationships, leading and expanding a team, and independently developing processes, services, and standards in the accounting area. Additionally, the role involves enhancing IT applications with crypto accounting tools and tax reporting tools, and contributing to the strategic development of the company. The ideal candidate must have experience or a strong understanding of the tax and accounting treatment of cryptocurrencies, or a willingness to develop expertise in this area. They should also possess deep expertise in trust services, financial reporting, and corporate tax law, as well as practical experience with international mandates. The role requires entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of responsibility, and a strategic outlook. A well-established customer base and a strong network in the SME sector are desirable.
