The role involves working across various practices, including Leadership & Change Management, Business & Operations, Design, Strategy and M&A, Digital Transformation, Commercial Strategy & Transformation, and Planning Excellence (Supply Chain). The main day-to-day responsibilities involve building and leading a practice, shaping teams, developing client relationships, and creating measurable impact. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on ownership and leadership. Partners are expected to be close to implementation and tangible impact, often more so than in classical strategy consulting environments. To be considered for this role, candidates must have 10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland, a proven track record as a Partner or senior leader in a recognised consulting firm, and a strong commercial network in Switzerland, particularly within the Life Sciences or Financial Industry. Fluency in German and English is essential, as is a reputation as a trusted advisor. The role requires a distinct entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on building, leading, and taking ownership. Nice-to-have skills include experience in other industries beyond Life Sciences or Financial.
