Partner Manager, DACH

Omilia, a leading Conversational AI provider whose cloud platform enables natural voice and chat interactions for major banks, insurers, telecoms and hospitality brands, is looking for a Partner Manager focused on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The position will shape and expand Omilia’s network of system integrators, technology alliances and CCaaS partners, turning those relationships into a reliable source of regional revenue. On a daily basis the manager will scout, assess and bring new partners into the ecosystem, negotiate agreements together with legal and finance, and design onboarding, training and certification programmes for the platform. They will collaborate closely with sales, marketing and solutions consulting to register, monitor and support partner‑sourced deals, lead joint go‑to‑market initiatives, and conduct regular business reviews to gauge performance against agreed KPIs. Reporting on pipeline health and revenue impact to the DACH VP of Sales will also be a core task. The role requires proven experience in partner, channel or alliance management within B2B SaaS, CCaaS or enterprise technology, and a track record of operating in the DACH market. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential, as are strong negotiation, relationship‑building and contract‑management skills. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline, or possess equivalent professional experience, and be comfortable using CRM and partner‑management tools with disciplined reporting habits. A pre‑existing network of system integrators or technology partners in sectors such as banking, insurance, healthcare or utilities is advantageous, as is familiarity with contact‑center technology, conversational AI or early‑stage partner programmes in a scale‑up.
