Hamilton, a pioneering company in the healthcare sector, has been delivering innovative solutions since 1950. Specializing in ventilators, automated pipetting, and sample storage, as well as process sensors, Hamilton's Robotics Business Unit focuses on developing, producing, and distributing pipetting robots. These robots automate liquid handling processes across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, food, and cell or DNA research. As a Project Leader, you will shape the future of Hamilton's automation solutions. Your main responsibilities include managing extensive LifeCycle projects, ensuring they align with product specifications and backlog requirements. You will proactively address both technical challenges and teamwork issues, maintaining oversight of complex projects, setting priorities, and ensuring smooth operations. To excel in this role, you must have a completed degree in a technical or natural science field and several years of experience in project management, particularly in leading hybrid project teams within a matrix organization. Proficiency in at least one of the following areas is essential: automation technologies, software development, or life science applications. Additionally, experience in agile project management and strong language skills in both German and English are required. Familiarity with Jira is a plus. Nice-to-have skills include experience in using Jira.
